1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and 90jile ("the Platform", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your use of the 90jile website, mobile interface, games, betting markets, promotional offers, and all associated services. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any person who accesses any part of the 90jile platform.

By clicking "I Agree", completing the registration process, depositing funds, or placing a wager of any kind, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them. These Terms are supplemented by our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform — all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

90jile reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via the email address associated with their account. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. The "Effective Date" shown at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and maintain an active 90jile account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account.
• You are a resident of or accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by law.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or entity when using 90jile.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from 90jile or any affiliated platform.
• You are not an employee, contractor, agent, director, or close relative of a 90jile employee or partner in a role that could create a conflict of interest.
• Your account is funded with money derived from lawful sources only.

90jile conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification using Bangladesh National Identity (NID) card documentation. You may be required to submit a clear copy of your NID card, a utility bill or bank statement as proof of address, and a selfie for facial verification at any time — including at registration, before your first withdrawal, or when our compliance team identifies a risk indicator on your account. Failure to complete KYC within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending review.

If 90jile discovers at any time that a player is under the age of 18, the account will be closed immediately, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any deposits made during the period of underage use may be forfeited in accordance with applicable law. 90jile cooperates fully with authorities in cases of suspected underage gambling.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the 90jile platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, the same payment method, or any combination thereof — is strictly prohibited. 90jile employs automated systems to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts associated with the player may be permanently closed and any balances forfeited.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure without refund. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes by contacting [email protected].

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 90jile login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party, allow any third party to access your account, or permit any third party to place wagers on your behalf. 90jile will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 90jile immediately by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account, which is available free of charge from the security settings panel.

3.4 Account Ownership

A 90jile account is personal to the registered holder and is non-transferable. The sale, transfer, gifting, or assignment of a 90jile account to any third party is prohibited. Any attempt to transfer account ownership will result in the permanent closure of the account and forfeiture of any remaining balance.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

90jile currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). 90jile does not charge a platform-level processing fee on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no fixed maximum deposit limit at the platform level, but payment method providers may impose their own transaction caps. Deposits are generally credited to your 90jile balance within 30 seconds of a successful transaction confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear in your balance within 10 minutes, contact our support team with your transaction reference number.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by 90jile's finance team within one to three business days from the date of submission, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible, as part of our anti-money-laundering compliance obligations.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. 90jile reserves the right to request additional identity documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts that have not previously completed full KYC verification. Withdrawals to payment methods not previously used for deposits on the same account may be subject to additional verification steps.

4.4 Refused and Reversed Transactions

90jile reserves the right to refuse or reverse a deposit or withdrawal transaction where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or where required to do so by applicable law or a regulatory authority. In such cases, 90jile will notify the player by email and may request supporting documentation to resolve the matter.

5. Bonus & Promotions Policy

5.1 General Bonus Terms

90jile offers a range of bonuses and promotions to new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, including eligible games, minimum deposit requirements, bonus amount, expiry date, and wagering requirements. These promotion-specific terms are published on the relevant promotion page and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific wagering multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) applicable to each bonus is clearly stated on the promotion page. Wagering requirements must be met within the bonus validity period. Unused bonus funds and any associated winnings that have not met the wagering requirement will be forfeited upon expiry.

5.3 Bonus Abuse and Exploitation

Behaviour that 90jile determines to constitute bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting patterns to artificially satisfy wagering requirements, coordinating with other players to claim bonuses, or using automated software to place bets — will result in the immediate cancellation of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure. 90jile's determination of what constitutes bonus abuse is final.

5.4 Changes to Promotions

90jile reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, including where a promotion has been published in error or where the platform determines that the promotion is being abused. Players who have already opted into a promotion and begun meeting its requirements in good faith will be treated equitably in the event of a cancellation.

6. Gameplay Rules & Fair Use

6.1 Random Number Generation and Game Fairness

All RNG (Random Number Generator) casino games available on the 90jile platform — including slots, virtual table games, and instant-win titles — use certified RNG technology that has been independently tested and audited for statistical fairness. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published in the information panel of each game. Live casino tables are operated by third-party studio partners including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, whose game outcomes are governed by their own independently certified systems.

6.2 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or software fault that affects the outcome of a game round, 90jile reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the stake to the player's account. A malfunction voids all pays and plays. 90jile is not liable for losses incurred as a result of technical failures beyond its reasonable control, including internet connectivity issues on the player's side, device failure, or third-party game studio outages.

6.3 Sports Betting Rules

All sports betting markets on 90jile — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, and other sports — are governed by market-specific rules published alongside each market. In the event of a dispute regarding a settlement, 90jile's decision based on available official data sources shall be final. Bets placed on events that are cancelled, postponed, or abandoned may be voided and stakes returned, depending on the circumstances and the applicable market rules.

6.4 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

90jile reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its discretion, including where a bet is placed after the relevant event has already started (where live betting is not offered), where odds were published in manifest error, or where there is evidence of irregular betting patterns. Where a bet is cancelled due to a manifest error in odds, the stake will be refunded to the player's account in full.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 90jile platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in doing so.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform if you are under the age of 18.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, scrape, or otherwise interfere with the platform's software, servers, or databases.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform or place wagers.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an advantage — these must be reported to [email protected] immediately upon discovery.
• Using the 90jile platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity.
• Charging back or disputing legitimate 90jile transactions with your payment provider fraudulently.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 90jile support staff or other platform users.

90jile cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies in all jurisdictions. Any activity suspected to involve fraud, money laundering, or criminal conduct will be reported to the appropriate authorities, and relevant account information will be disclosed as required by law.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by 90jile

90jile reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following apply:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• You have provided false or fraudulent information to 90jile at any point.
• You have engaged in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7.
• Continued operation of your account poses a legal, regulatory, or financial risk to 90jile.
• You have failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Regulatory or law enforcement obligations require us to close your account.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, funds held in the account balance will be frozen for the duration of the investigation. If the investigation concludes in the player's favour, the account will be reinstated and funds released. Where a breach is confirmed, funds may be forfeited in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

8.2 Voluntary Closure by Player

You may request closure of your 90jile account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, your account will be deactivated within 24 hours. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure (net of any outstanding bonus wagering obligations) will be returned to your primary payment method, subject to standard verification procedures. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to exclude themselves from the 90jile platform for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and the account is locked across all devices within minutes. A self-excluded player will be removed from all promotional communications for the duration of the exclusion. 8.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is classified as dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. 90jile reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity fee of ৳200 to dormant accounts where a balance is held, after providing 30 days' written notice to the registered email address. If the dormant account balance is insufficient to cover the inactivity fee, the balance will be reduced to zero. Players may reactivate a dormant account by logging in and completing any required re-verification steps.
